  • Diego Rubio


    Mr. Rubio has nearly 10 years of executive management experience in the oilfield waste disposal industry. During this time, he secured financings, led acquisition diligence and negotiation, and was responsible for business operations. He has over 15 years of experience in the energy industry, beginning his career with General Electric in commercial operations and project execution roles in the Energy business unit. Mr. Rubio received a BS from Texas A&M University – Commerce and an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin, McCombs School of Business.

  • Charlie Welch

    SVP, Sales & Operations

    Mr. Welch has more than 16 years of executive management and business development experience in the oilfield waste disposal industry. During his career he has served in various roles, including operational management, development of new market areas, and has managed and built a multi-tiered sales force serving a wide range of customers from small independents to large majors. Mr. Welch received his degree from Texas Lutheran University.

  • Ryan Stephen

    SVP, Strategy & Finance

    Mr. Stephen specializes in finance and corporate development within the energy sector and has led or assisted in $1.5+ billion in energy transactions since 2009. Currently SVP of Strategy and Finance, he has served in various leadership positions with the company since 2013, primarily focused on capital formation, financial reporting, and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Trinity, Mr. Stephen worked with Guggenheim Partners, where he focused on the origination and management of debt and private equity investments in the energy sector. Mr. Stephen received a BBA in Finance from Abilene Christian University.
