Trinity’s management team has years of diversified experience in the oil and gas industry. The management team is committed to honesty, integrity and respect in all aspects of our business. We are dedicated to meeting our customer’s needs, and we strive to make a positive difference in all we do each day.

  • David E. Hill


    Hill entered the Salt Water Disposal business in 2013 in Midland, TX as a Business Development manager for a small family owned SWD company. In late 2013, Hill came to Trinity Environmental in the same capacity. In 2016, was named Operations Manager and in early 2018 was named General Manager of New Mexico, Permian Basin, and Barnett Shale operations which included 19 facilities and a staff of 21. Hill managed several million dollars a year in capital projects and had full ownership of Trinity’s largest business unit’s profit and loss. Under his leadership the SWD business grew at a 65% compound annual growth rate. After working for another company for a short time, Hill returned to Trinity as President of the company in March 2021.

  • Mike Smith

    Vice President and Manager of E & P Waste

    Smith joined Trinity in 2005 managing, designing, and developing onshore and offshore assets along with managing personnel during this timeframe which include cavern E&P waste disposal, SWD, dock operations, NORM disposal, brine and oilfield fluids sales and recycling. During this time Mike has also provided consulting to foreign state-owned oil companies looking to develop salt cavern operations in their areas of interest. Trinity has grown from an East Texas location in 2005 to 27 locations currently across Texas and New Mexico with a strong sales presence in Louisiana. Prior to 2005, Smith had 15 years of environmental and plant operations management experience working for an environmental testing / consulting company, and a global chemical company.
